(author) How will Disney block such Mickey-capable models? Plenty of models distributed to millions of people are already quite Mickey-capable. My aim with this article was to highlight that it's a problem of sheer volume—there will simply be too much Mickey Mouse being generated per second for them to have any chance of regulating it.
- ftxbro 4y agoI don't think they will be able to block all such Mickey-capable models, just like how they aren't able to block all Mickey media. I think the Mickey-capable models and the media generated by it will be pushed to the dark web, just like how the dark web is probably already full of Mickey media and various pre-LLM permutations of Mickey media that can or can't evade automatic detection to varying degrees.
