Will input from the Tooth Fairy and Santa Claus also be included in this group, or will they merely be asked to help with recruitment from the land of imaginary people?

They'll source imaginary businesses and governments willing to halt the technological competition which represents an existential threat to their existence. This is the second industrial revolution. We're at the beginning sigmoid curve of AI progress. Nothing will stop it. Try to enjoy the ride. Whisper "it's just token prediction" to yourself three times for good luck. :)
