What a lapse. One would expect that the FBI and their international counterparts would be doing any conference call over a secure, classified network... not POTS.
Is this really par for the course?
- jrockway 15y agoProbably. As a taxpayer, do you want to pay for a brand new phone network and conference call service, or would you prefer that the government just contract that out?
