Ask HN: What are some GPT prompts that caused it to hallucinate for you?
I have an idea for building a algorithm to prevent GPT hallucinations, do you have any (interesting) examples of prompts that caused GPT to hallucinate?(preferably with an idea of the temperature etc...)
