- fhd2 4y agoI live in Germany, and have been more mindful of how high I turn the heaters and how much electricity and hot water I use. Honestly, all I did was stop wasting it mindlessly. Certainly wouldn't call it living in cold and hardship. The same is true for the people I know (though I admit I might live in a bubble).
- muyuu 4y agoThere certainly was cold and hardship, definitely in parts of Central Europe and the UK. You may not have suffered, but many people have.
