Does anyone know how IDE support for Buck2 is? I couldn't find anything except some xcode config rules. Half the battle with Bazel/Buck/etc is that getting and IDE or LSP to work for C++/Java/Kotlin/Swift/etc is always a pain because those tools don't really work out of the box.
- habitue 4y agoprobably use a starlark plugin?
- piperswe 4y agoHow does that help with developing C in a Buck project?
- sebastos 4y agoThe vscode bazel plugin is basically completely abandoned. There's an issue that has been open for 3 years asking to add intellisense support for C++. Seems completely ludicrous to put in the massive effort it took to build Bazel and then fumble at the goal line by not supporting vscode.

And use the compile command json file to power clangd. I'm not a vscode person but I would hope the vscode c++ plugin would support that
