Life is always going to throw you curve balls kid, you aren't some delicate vase. You need to learn to roll with the punches, be flexible, and adapt. You'll manage.

Spend less time watching TV, playing video games, being on your phone when you are not on vacation and read or go for a hike instead. If it is important to your well being you should make it a higher priority.
