Staying home is not part of the shabbat. It's perfectly acceptable to go out and enjoy the nature.

  Apologies, I equated staying home with 'not doing work', which I understand as part of the requirement ( I am admittedly a little rusty on my Judaism knowledge ) so I used a mental shortcut.
