Has anyone else noticed broken behavior with the back button when navigating from HN, to GitHub readme, to a site linked from a GitHub readme? Sometimes I try to go back to GitHub and end up at HN, or some other unpredictable location that's not the previous page. I think there is some race condition. I've only noticed it on iOS Safari.
