Who is floating Disney as an acquisition target? Crazier things have happened but there is no way Tim Cook will get anything even remotely the size of Disney past the FTC.
AFAIK big M&A doesn't fit the Apple strategy, their purchases are usually private small players with niche technologies/patents Apple wants to own outright.
