Not really sure we need another "model" of devops. All of these "philosophy of devops" discussions I've ever seen really boil down to "I am annoyed my coworkers aren't owning X, and here's a big fancy post explaining why it's their fault in smart words." In my experience, a big fancy post in smart words is never actually a practical implement to change the current practices of a company.
