Typical Microsoft marketing. It's hard to get past all the buzzwords and jargon to understand what this really does. Looks like this includes summarization, translation, metadata annotation, and "auto-assembly" of documents. Plus "AI powered search, eSignature, and integration into business workflows". This page[1] has more information. Seems like it lets you automatically tag and process documents. You can train your own models or use one of their prebuilt models. Seems useful for any document-based processes at scale inside a company. Accounting, procurement, probably many others.
