  I think it's less RSU ... and that's it. Which isn't great for tech in general.

    Amazon has had the lowest stock comp amongst peers for years now.

      They used to be happy to throw stock at you but base increases were like pulling teeth. Amazon never replaces things they clawback from you. Layoffs and RTO? Could you throw us a bone and improve some PTO or perks? Nope. Here’s a mental health number to call. Be sure to take your PTO.
