It's a good question to ask. It's easy to make life changes, but hard to get meaningful, measurable feedback.
I have a goal of 6k steps a day, about 45 minutes walk. This is measurable. But, maybe for better health I should get my heart rate up, and not worry about the number of steps? I don't know the best way to get healthier, and which measurable things are actually helpful.
