Twilio's CEO backs remote work as tech peers push return-to-office
- villgax 4y agoDo HR/Management not understand that freelancers were doing the WFH/WFA since decades at this point & regular office commuters just got a taste of the same benefits & now you want to call them back to their cubicles after wasting 2 hours in commute, only to login to a cloud machine hosted on a datacenter across another state or country.....such insecurities. Aren't entire teams spread across continents, why not just bring them all under one roof, all of your outsourcing body shops as well?
