- elcritch 4y agoRPi4 processors have hardware h264 encoding built-in. Ffmpeg / gstreamer tools support it.
- codetrotter 4y agoAnd yet CM4 is noticeably laggy and drops frames when I try to stream video using fmpeg or cvlc. And I am left wondering why.
