Pacific Northwest already has a lot of giants, and no reason to live in Seattle itself. Microsoft, Valve, etc are over in the forested towns like Redmond. Nintendo is over in North Bend.
- pera 4y agoValve is in Bellevue and Nintendo is next to the Microsoft campus in the outskirts of Redmond. There is nothing in North Bend (except Twin Peaks fans and hikers).
- floren 4y agoThere's a Nintendo packaging/distribution center in North Bend. Given that the discussion is about tech jobs, you're still basically correct though.
- 206lol 4y agoNo reason to live in Seattle itself?! It's the best part of the Seattle area! The Eastside is sterile suburbia.
