SEEKING WORK I'm based in Germany, used to syncing with US timezones. Been building software for a living for 18 years now, 8 of those as CTO for two different companies (one I grew from 7 to 250 employees). Went into consulting to become more flexible and get more diverse experience. I built a bunch of teams and products during those years, so I offer a variety of things, from fractional/interim CTO to technical freelance work: 1. Building software (and teams) from scratch 2. Helping out with specific technical or organisational problems 3. Supporting and/or coaching an existing CTO or similar, taking work off their desk and setting up a situation where things work smooth without me 4. Helping you find and train a solid CTO or other technical manager 5. Keeping outsourcing companies honest by ensuring their work and staff aligns with what you agreed on 6. Technical and organisation due diligence I do this stuff part time or full time, depending on what you need. Technologically, I'm a generalist who worked in various areas and with most common stacks by now (and some uncommon ones). Probably strongest with web development (JavaScript, TypeScript, React), Android and iOS development, game development, followed by C++, JVM and Python. Also did significant work in Ruby (mostly Rails), Rust, C# and various Lisps.
