My YouTube recommendations list is constantly polluted with Joe Rogan, even though I've never watched a single video of his. One theory is it's because my friends/family watch a bunch of his videos, and the algorithm basically concludes "Fuck your personal tastes! You like what your friends like!" Nothing against Joe Rogan. It's just weird how I get so many video recommendations for him, even though I've never watched one.
