Tech-noir: technology as a destructive and dystopian force
- rcarr 4y agoThis is really interesting, I wonder if you could class something like “Upload” on Amazon Prime as belonging to this genre or if it would be ruled out for lacking the visual aesthetic and for being too comedic.
- rektide 4y agoVaguely Data Trash (1994)[1] vibes. Most humanity ending up as roadkill on the side of the information superhighway.
