- itake 4y agoMy understanding is he sold unregistered securities to US citizens, and used US businesses (like discord and YouTube) to promote his scam. These transactions also took place on US soil.
- xiphias2 4y ago,, he sold unregistered securities to US citizens'' Binance case will be interesting as well, as all they did is an IP block, they perfectly knew that they are serving lots of US customers.
