Please tell me that's a rhetorical question... It's not? Ok let me lay it out for you then: the majority of the US government is made of corrupt assholes paid by the oil industry (and, you know, that other lobby, but that's not the subject) to precisely stifle that kind of initiative. You guys can't have nice things, and won't ever have nice things until you vote all those clowns out.
- barbazoo 4y agoWow, according to OpenSecrets [0], I don't know if that's legit or not, the parma lobby spends 2x compared to oil/gas. Also those numbers are just nuts, $4bn/year in total.
