Email: davidcroda@gmail.com As a polyglot backend engineer with over a decade of experience, I have honed my skills in small to mid-sized startup environments. I thrive on self-motivation and excel at turning loosely defined ideas or problems into solid requirements, delivering code that fully addresses the challenge at hand. From initial planning to deployment, I relish the opportunity to work on development projects at every stage. My background encompasses both microservices and monoliths, and I have extensive experience in infrastructure provisioning via code and building CI/CD pipelines. As a well-rounded engineer, I am fully capable of contributing to all aspects of the technology stack. I am looking for full time individual contributor positions. I do not mind leading features, mentoring juniors, etc., but I want to ensure I am also able to code as part of my day to day.
