What is the benefit of having low res monitors?

  - It uses less power to render to and light up. - It's smaller. - I can read them without expensive advanced rendering = standard bios/boot/terminal bitmap fonts are large enough. - It looks better imo. - It probably lasts longer. And probably more that I forget now...
