Perhaps this is a plea for a positive change in public opinion for her. But it could also be a response to an attempt to use her as a scapegoat... This was decided by the Slovenian government and by the parliamentary committee for EU matters, and before that, Slovenia was for quite some time involved in coordinating the agreement.
