Outside: Why Brandon Sanderson likes to write
- Arrath 4y agoFor those not aware, this is in part a response to a controversial profile by Wired: https://www.wired.com/story/brandon-sanderson-is-your-god/ https://www.wired.com/story/brandon-sanderson-is-your-god/
- livueta 4y agoWow. I'm actually not particularly fond of Sanderson prose, but that article is so... mean-spirited? that I found it outright painful to read. Nonetheless, thanks for providing the context.
- rkhassen9 4y agoBrilliant response by Sanderson. I'm new to his work, in the middle of the second book in a series called "Words of Radiance". I find his response to be authentic and reflective of what I get out of his work.
- klooney 4y agoThose are the only books of his I've read, and I really liked them. It really felt well planned, like an intricate, unfolding puzzle.
