Glad I wasn't the only one that saw that! Right up until the "Clear Values" section, I was finding this all very reminiscent of advice I'd received from Ten Percent Happier / Headspace! Which is not, to be clear, criticism or belittlement - indeed, when different groups with different motivations or backgrounds independently hit on similar approaches, that's probably a sign that there's something to it...
