Loads fine for me. That looks like you're getting blocked from some overzealous WAF I've hit some issues on certain sites accessing from a regular Linux desktop was enough to kick the WAF which then seemed to block my home IP. I had to switch to mobile data on my phone to access again (I think that was Straight Talk/TracFone)
