- kristjansson 4y agoYes, that's annoying. Generally Apple offers refunds for prior repairs (within some window) on service programs? I'd guess that the compounding exceptions of your situtation (paying for AppleCare in liu of paying for a repair, then that repair being being of a service program) were sufficiently illegible to Apple that you didn't (couldn't?) get a refund.
