I received an m1 Mac with 8gb of RAM for work and it’s practically unusable. About 2gb of the RAM is sucked by the GPU and system. I can keep one WebStorm window open but if I launch docker and run a service, the laptop goes into swap mode and the whole thing becomes extremely laggy. Needless to say I use my own computer instead.
