Whether to define something like that as a mental problem is completely arbitrary and culturally defined by what is normal. Additionally, some people have no choice but to live with their mental problems or whatever you want to call them. I take issue with the idea that psychology, psychiatry and drugs are for the purpose of normalising everyone.
