In in Paris right now and unfortunately it's still pretty bad. I'm sure there's certain arrondissements that have good access, but it's not the whole city, and riding on the road is so dangerous I only ever see delivery drivers do it. Can't wait to get back to Tokyo, where even moms feel safe riding on main roads.
