I'm surprised he didn't mention having to create an online microsoft account to login to his windows 11 pc.

  Probably because you don't have to, you can just skip that step and use a local profile

    Microsoft made it much harder in Windows 11 (Home) and then later for even the Pro version. You have to unplug the network and/or drop to shell to run a bypass command.
