Had something similar. Deadline to go live was Monday at noon. We didn’t even have a working proof of concept on Friday. Has multiple managers at my desk every 30 minutes on Monday. At 11:58 they announced they were calling client to go live with them. Product was not working. Manager. Hey they say it’s not working. Me a few final key stokes and a save. (On prod server) Try now! Client says it’s working now! Went to the ER. Thought I was having a heart attack. Never again.
