Wondering the same. If being online constantly means connected to the internet and accessible, I'm guilty. If it means actively engaging with content, I doubt over 40% of adults are doing that 'almost constantly'. Constantly means something. It doesn't mean too much, or a lot, or an unhealthy amount -- it means almost the entirety of your time.
