What an absolute gem! An example of both that there is nothing as permanent as a temporary government program, and a government program whose name only marginally reflects what it actually does.
- dlp211 4y agoThe program wasn't temporary, the assistance is. TANF was never meant to raise people out of poverty, it is a program designed to help those that fall on hard times to recover quickly, hence the job training.
