Reserved vacation days are becoming a thing of the past with “Flex PTO” or whatever any individual company might be calling it these days. And if people really don’t use that much time, then it’s a big win-win for companies, as there are huge financial advantages in “Flex PTO” for the company, which I’d guess is why many companies are transitioning towards it or have already implemented it.
