- precompute 4y agoYes, ChatGPT is monocultural but the author seems to belong to the same culture. The article is about how it doesn't go hard enough. Will "Open"AI let the model be tuned for other countries? Their tastes and biases? I doubt it. I expect countries to make their own LLMs (if only for bragging rights). The entire world first got stamped flat by Finance, and now this is promising more of the same. Aside: Someone needs to make a isopenaiopenyet.com and make-gpt-opensource.com
