I would guess that any heavy lift container crane includes cameras, thermal cameras, scales, and some weather stuff to get rain and wind readings. But it's less about the cranes themselves than the port complex, which includes things like NBC sensors, and more importantly records of which marked containers belong to who and are going where, which would also be managed by this software.
