Why is that? Why did Bengalis start up restaurants serving Punjabi food?
- danans 4y agoNot sure. Maybe they tried both and Punjabi cuisine was more popular. Outside of Bengali enclaves, there are still comparatively few Bengali restaurants compared to Punjabi, Gujarati or South Indian.
