I turned down 2 consulting offers because of unlimited PTO. One person I knew who worked at one place said it as impossible to get more than 4 weeks and most people got 3 based on metrics. Took a boring corporate job with 25 days plus a lot of extra time for sick family, 3 months of paternity leave, and lots more holidays.
