The Ad gravy train is still here, and they'll milk it until they can't anymore and then retire to their multiple homes (or go off and do it again to some other company). I don't know why people expect leadership to do anything about a shitty company. They have literally no incentive to change. They'll always be hired somewhere else. Business as usual.
