After Italy Bans ChatGPT
- 31337Logic 4y agoWhat a terrible 1-sided view of a much larger, complex issue. I believe Italy is right to "pump the brakes" at this moment, just as many other professionals are urging, especially in light of their data leak concerns. Instead of assuming they will be "far behind in 2 years" when it comes to AI literacy (as if that's some grand goal everyone shares) why not believe Italy could be "far ahead in 2 years" when it comes to the mental health and general well being and happiness of their people? It's fun jumping to conclusions, isn't it?
