- HelloNurse 4y agoA simple "Hello World" is a realistic test scenario, representative of a large class of plain command line tools and approximately reduced to pure overhead. If you can distribute and run a trivial hello world program, you can expect to be able to distribute and run something like tail or uniq, and that it will be larger (more standard library portions linked) and slower (more actual work executed).
