Unfortunately this is very true. My machine has 64 gb of ram 3600, and a AMD Ryzen 9 3900X 12-Core Processor. Even inside openbox jetbrains apps run extremely slow. Tried on windows, tried on mac, i endup in the same place. Sadly I will have to give in to using vs code.
