Pretty sure OpenAI could just ignore this if they wish, unless they have a presence in the EU.
- epolanski 4y agoPretty sure they can't if they want to sell services in Europe at any point in the future.
- Zurrrrr 4y agoThey can always just sell via their US site, and the onus would be on the EU to block the site within their borders. Although realistically no big company would really do this.

- sebzim4500 4y agoI think the chance of the US extraditing Sam Altman or Satya Nadella to the EU is basically zero.
