- pdpi 4y agoIt's well understood that Cohen was Trump's fixer, so I don't think that'll be that big a hurdle.
- overlordalex 4y agoIt's even easier than that - Cohen already pled guilty and was convicted for this campaign finance violation. During the trial Cohen explicitly named Trump as a co-conspirator while the prosecutor decided to call him "Individual 1" in the filings
