I don’t know why gun control advocates keep using the same strategy they’ve been for the last 15 years. 25 out of 50 states have passed some form of constitutional carry. Florida will officially make it a majority of the states. Every year gun control loses more ground, on average, outside of a few places like Massachusetts, New York, and California (https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Right_to_Carry,_timeline.gif https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Right_to_Carry,_time...) Gun ownership skyrocketed drug COVID and brought a ton of politically diverse people into the hobby. IMO it’s a losing issue and if politicians want to keep winning votes from moderates they would do best to distance themselves from it.
