- d23 4y agoI'm not sure how to word this, but he's not talking about the strings, he's talking about the frets. Usually these diagrams have the marking where the finger goes, not where the string hits the fret.
- JKCalhoun 4y agoYeah, if you put your fingers where the X's are you would mute (or buzz) the notes.
