- anigbrowl 4y agoMaybe, but she might be just a solo entrepreneur. It's not hard to find dark markets if you're technically savvy, even before having the inside knowledge of someone adjacent to/involved with law enforcement.
- thephyber 4y agoMost likely, she is family of police. Officers don’t trust muggles. I have police in my family. Every vendor they employ (dry cleaner, tax assistance, plumber, locksmith, etc) comes from recommendations within the policing community. They don’t take a risk to trust strangers.
